By accessing or using My Day Planner's mobile application and web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. 2. Description of Service

My Day Planner is a task and schedule management application that allows users to create tasks, manage calendars, set reminders, and sync planning data across multiple devices. The Service is available via web browsers and mobile applications for iOS and Android.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Day Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
